FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS)

We hope that the information you need can be found quickly and easily on our website. We welcome questions, but to save you contacting our sales team, we have listed the most commonplace things that customers ask us before ordering garments from us.

We can accept a wide range of file formats including an AI, JPEG, EPS, PDF & PNG.

For printed items, we recommend sending a high-resolution file which are print ready (vector file). If the file sent is low quality or jpeg, it may need to be re-drawn (and there will be a charge), we will let you know if this is the case before any work is completed.

When supplying artwork, please specify any CMYK or Pantone matched colours you would like to use. So we can be ensure consistency in your branding and artwork.

Embroidery will hands down outlast any print (that we have come across), however that is not saying that print does not have its place.  Embroidery is stitched and has a stronger composition than print.  Printed garments can fall failure to fading or ‘peeling’ although this mainly in cases where the garment has been washed on a high heat or tumble dried. Speak to us if you are unsure which is better for your project.

‘GSM’, stands for Grams per Square Meter.

This is usually referred to in paper print.  The heavier the paper (or higher the gsm), the thicker it is.

We have access to 1000s of products and only showcase the most popular items on our website. If there is something in particular that you are looking for please get in touch with us and we can offer a personalised quote.

In short yes!… we can offer a wide range of items with no manufacture branding on or embroidery or print.

We can offer samples for most products we supply. However, we are not able to offer a return on these items and they must be paid for in full.

Bespoke items samples (such as made to manufacture) can also be supplied – this would be priced per job. Please contact us for a quote.

Absolutely.  We will not start a project without your say so and artwork sign off.  All embroidered logos or printed items (business cards/ signs/ banners etc) are all sampled and proofed with you before going to print.

Yes we can pantone match your logo colours with our embroidery threads or the print machines (vinyl print is not included for the clothing). Simply supply us with the PMS or pantone number and we will do the rest.

For any embroidered or printed garments we do not accept any returns, as we will be unable to re-sell them, or return them to the manufacturer.

That said, if there is a manufacture fault with the garment then we will investigate it with the supplier and take it on a case by case basis.

Any issues with our embroidery within 6 months of purchase we will also investigate the wear and if deemed an embroidery fault we will discuss the return and replacement of the garment.

Bulk orders or wholesale orders are not eligible for refunds unless goods are deemed faulty.

Our standard terms of business is payment on order or invoice.

However, we do offer customer accounts with strict 30-day payment terms which are set up with a card at application. To be eligible for account consideration, we require a minimum commitment spend  per year before such a credit application is considered. For more information, please contact us.

Yes we do.  Bulk orders for clothing begins at 50 units per size. Please contact us for a bespoke quote.

There is a one off set up fee of £20+vat for embroidery and print (if the logo needs to be redrawn).  This cost is for us to sample your logo and provide you with a proof. If you have any amendments we will resample once as part of this fee.  Any further amendments may incur further charges.
